He set up his firm, the Ace Financial Services, cumulating his expertise in the marketing, operations and IT field and his intense passion and fervor in traveling and exploring the unknown and the untraveled. WeekendTrips, the travel, and tourism division of Ace Financial Services have earned immense success and recognition over the years.

Sri Chandra Mohan Mukherjee handles both the wings of Ace Financial Services diligently and proficiently. Not only he engages in financial advising and planning of his 3000 clients, but he equally prioritizes and skillfully deals with his guests and clients of WeekendTrips. He is assisted in his quest by a small yet a dedicated team of five.
