Padmachen is an attractive village surrounded by forest and perched high on hill slopes on the Silk Route close to Zuluk.The interior region of the jungle around is inhabited by Himalayan black bear, red panda and leopards. Padmachen experiences snow during winter and the cold can be severe here. But if you are looking for this sort of experience you can visit here during the winter months.
Summers are also pleasant here.
