Description

Comilla district is a large district of the country, Bangladesh. It is one of the earliest developed districts of Bangladesh that was basking in its glory even before East India Company came to rule. The district is brimming with history even now of Buddhism, Hinduism and Islam in various eras of the kings who ruled over. Moreover,Comilla was the base for the British Military during the time of World War II and even saw the partition of Bengal. The district of Comilla shares its border with Meghalaya, India.
