Take a day's excursion to Kumbalgarh. Kumbhalgarh is a quaint, and a stunning Mewar fortress town, located roughly 85km from Udaipur. Surrounded by opulent Aravalli hills, this scenic place is not only famous for the hill fort, but also the century-old temples, dense wildlife sanctuaries etc. Kumbalgarh Festival, a three-day festival from 1 Dec to 3 Dec, is a necessary show to attend for ardent patrons of art, music and dance.
Go for bicycling through the lanes of Udaipur and rafting in the Gomati River. Do not miss the exciting ropeway ride in Udaipur. If you are lucky, you can watch the Dharodar Dance show in Udaipur.
