Best Time to Visit

October to April is the best time to visit Guwahati. Assam is blessed with subtropical climate, so summers are warmer and winters are cooler. Attend the famous Bihu festival here and plan your trip accordingly during April, January and September- October, to see a colorful, energetic and enjoyable side of Assam.
