How To Reach

Lonavla has its own railway station and is an important junction of Mumbai-Pune railway route. Lonavla is around 1.5 h from Pune and 2.5 h from Mumbai and is connected via good network of roadways. The nearest airport to Lonavla is in Pune.

Best Time to Visit

Lonavla offers a misty, foggy and cloudy charm during the monsoon. However, the heavy rainfall may ruin your tour if you are not comfortable with such weather.
October to February, on the other hand, is ideal weather for sightseeing and going for short treks in Lonavala.
